Return Policy

We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support. When things do not go as planned, our return policies are described below.

We offer a right to return provided that the product has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, The product has to be in its original packaging and is sealed and all the components along with the product must be returned.

Faulty or damaged products must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch, with prior intimation.

In case you have received an incorrect product which you haven’t ordered, Please ship it to us with sealed in its original packaging.

We will pay the costs of return if the product is damaged, in all other cases you must pay the cost of return.

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange and are considered “final sale” at time of purchase: digital games, gift cards, and bundle containing digital products. Ninja Games retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return.

Refund Policy

You will receive an email containing all details on how to return the product. We process refunds within 6-7 working days after receiving the returned product. All refunds will be processed to the same payment method used while placing the order.

Refunds for digital orders will not be issued to the customer once the code has been delivered to him/her. In certain cases (Unprocessed transactions), refund will be processed to the same mode of payment. 3% cancellation charges will be deducted on refund amount.
